Empire Builder is the first in a series of Rail Building games that allows players to construct an economic empire. Players build a network of railroads using specially made crayons, connecting cities and resources. Players then pick up and deliver these resources to various cities as determined by drawn cards to continue expanding their empires.

A very unique game! Long term strategy combined with short term decisions makes this game evolve quickly during play. Being geographically accurate is a nice touch.
